I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy your classes & going inward. I don't find a lot of classes where I actually go into the meditative state. At the ashram I was amazed to find deep releases bubbling up out of the focused quiet during the asanas, (not just the meditations). I don't know where they came from but it was such a healing release.
Your's is the only class where I approach that state.
